Then, claim to be investigating. But, in reality, stalling for the passage of time.

Then whistleblower comes out with statements. Whistleblower is discredited. Claims of “Conspiracy Theorists “

Congress holds hearings. Witnesses lie.

Time moves on and so does the attention of “most”, who believe that it is STILL being investigated.

Rinse and repeat.
