If educating 1 student in Louisiana costs the taxpayers 12-15k (which is what it is) and instead they send out 5k “vouchers” for private, somebody tell me how that is not a win for the state?

Right now BlueBoxer Jr is in first grade at St Matthew's, which goes up to grade 7. The state is paying ZERO for the education of BlueBoxer Jr.

In three years, when Junior is in 4th grade at St Matthews, the state will strt to pay $5K for the education of Junior.

This is now $5,000 in new spending for the state.

However BlueBoxer Sr is paying taxes for a school system he does not use. I think you should get some of that money.
