So are Maximus and the Elder going to break off from the Brotherhood and start Caesar’s Legion? Would make sense with the names, etc.

I'm guessing Caesar's Legion has already been destroyed (See Fallout: New Vegas).

I'm betting that the canon ending Team-Fallout has chosen, is the one where the Courier ends up empowering Mr. House and defeating both the NCR and Caesars Legion. (see video of possible canon ending: Spoiler possibly)

That is why Hank is heading to New Vegas at the end. To meet up with Mr. House (Who was one of the corporate leaders in the boardroom scene)

With the loss of Hoover Dam and New Vegas, the NCR, overextended, ended up either collapsing shortly after or, the more likely, simply retreating and trying to save what they could of their territory. In the latter, they did lose Los Angeles region after the Shady Sands explosion. But if you take a look at the billboard when they first enter Shady Sands, it says "First Capital". This implies that the capital moved before the Nuking of Shady Sands.

I'm thinking that Moldaver is not the leader of the NCR, just a Military Officer or self-claimed leader of an outpost for the NCR. The NCR likely claims the area, but isn't able to devote much in the way of resources and soldiers.

Another alternative, is the NCR descended into Civil War after the failure of New Vegas, and Moldaver rose as one of many factions trying to represent the "true" NCR.

With the lights turning back on in LA, will the NCR and Brotherhood have a fight over who gets to control Los Angeles? Will the Enclave swoop in as well?

Fun Season 2, I imagine.

What a fantastic show, exceeded my expectations. I don’t think I had any major qualms with the whole season.

The weapons, the violence, the black comedy, the mystery, was all so well done.

Walton Goggins was a master stroke in casing, the Ghoul is such a bad arse.

Can’t wait for death claws and super mutants ahead, hope this show lasts several seasons and keeps up the excellence
