re: Has furniture gone up much?

I continue to buy pieces of solid hardwood furniture from Clore Furniture in Madison Virginia. The prices have gone up, and I don't begrudge their workers getting more for the excellent products they produce.

When it comes to chairs and sofas, we reupholster what we have. (Just like my Father did. He had a chair he liked, and he redid it as needed.)
