Crabs in lacombe

My kids are off school tomorrow was planning on crabbing lake road. Anyone have any success lately? Also fish off the bank and out of kayak.

Have a camp there and boated on main bayou today and didn't see 1 crab net. Drove down lake road and plenty people on lake road.

Lake road is one of my go to spots for wildlife photography. I saw a few people catching crabs down there a few weeks ago. I see people fishing down there all the time, but very rarely see anyone catching anything. Not saying they don't catch anything, just haven't seen them do it.
