So I take it you are perfectly okay with this guy being out on no-cash bail and then killing a policeman.

You are okay with this guy:

Being out on no-cash bail. That speaks says alot about you. And it's not good.

Personally... I'm for "if you steal a car and have an illegally modified semiautomatic weapon, then clearly you were up to no good and we are just going to go ahead and keep you in jail until your trial."

But by all means... let's just let the guy go free so he can kill a policeman.
