Don't really care but you can't tell he fired first on that video.
And wtf are 4 cops there with guns out on a seat belt ticket?

Watch the body cam video of the cop who was shot. You don’t see much but the car door, but as soon as you hear the first gunshot, he jerks away and yells out.

Again, he reportedly had a ski mask on. He was also on bond for a gun charge from a few months ago.
The car Reed was driving was not listed as stolen, so if it was registered to him, the cops would have known who he was, and had reason to believe he'd be trouble.
