I love food. Honestly, eating, drinking, and socializing is probably my favorite thing to do. But, at the same time I also know that I have to reign myself in and it's not worth it to gorge myself on food that is terrible for my health

Assuming that everyone is just like you and can respond to challenges the exact same as you is being shortsighted. There is 100s of factors that could play into weight loss struggles. The majority of fat people don’t want to be fat or enjoy it. If they could do it the way you did it with success, they would.
