It's amazing that people who take these meds think they are some sort of miracle drug. When in reality, it's exactly what you just stated, they just aren't eating as much as they were before

If you struggle with binge eating and food addiction and the ability to stick to a restrictive diet, it is a miracle drug. It’s just not the way you are viewing it. 6’2 319 was my starting weight. 215 this morning. Flame away but for me this is a miracle.

Many people have eating disorders, whether they have been diagnosed with one or not. This drug can be a miracle to some people who cannot get over eating disorders.
In my case, I generally eat the same amount of food as before, maybe a little better and I am dropping weight like I never before have either.
