What is a chicken factory? The processing plant?
Each flock is tested for AI on the farm before it goes to processing so sick or infected birds do not make it to the processing plant.
Maybe there is a small chance if you buy chicken from a small backyard operation or farmers market which sells product that is not USDA inspected.
