If we didn’t have a chiller last year we wouldn’t have been able to swim during the heat wave that we had all summer. We have a glacier brand 30k gallon chiller. We run it only at night and it lowers pool temps by 10 + degrees. We get full sun almost all day. I think there are redneck options but I’m not gonna have PVC fountains sticking out of my brand new expensive arse pool. We had the chiller installed about a week after we filled it and it was around 3500, I think.

This is exactly what I am thinking. I just need someone reputable to do it for me.
