This isn’t a 3556 vs 5 debate.
That’s five ADDITIONAL ones to the 3556 laws that you say are too much. They also contradict the actual laws. And apparently anyone can create a rule of thumb. Can we get a list of these or a reference on where to find them? Is a New Orleans rule of thumb different from a BR rule of thumb?
So yea, additional and conflicting “rules” def make things safer lol
