Because the issue of abortion is not REALLY about some legal classification. It's about natural law - meaning the moral sense that is at the basis of reality.
We've turned it into some legal classification BECAUSE of wanting abortion in the first place. This is why the citizenship of fetuses was never even considered a question. Because it was never, until recently, about legal definitions.
You want me to argue on your field of legality and split some hairs over "citizenship" and "pro-personal liberty" as legal concepts and not as moral concepts.
You have a dead end in that argument anyway, because if you want to split hairs that much then:
If we register all fetuses, does mean that you would support a total abortion ban? Is that the only thing standing in your way?

I don’t support any laws. They are meaningless and are manipulated by the powerful and wealthy at every turn. Laws don’t prevent crime, as evidenced by our country having the highest incarceration rate on the planet.
If Chelsea Clinton or Ivanka Trump (that’s the daughter, right?) wanted an abortion, no abortion ban would prevent either one of them from obtaining one.
