I think they, like any large administration filled with some incompetents, can't tell their assholes from a hole in the ground.

This was my coworkers experience with her daughter 7-8 years ago. She is out of state and black and they were so slow with everything. She met every requirement and more and eventually even got some money. My coworker had been through college admissions with her 2 sons before at other schools and just felt like LSU admissions were not as attentive as the other schools. The daughter eventually left and went to U of H. She grew up in the suburbs in Cy Fair and LSU and the blacks there were just too hood for her. She truly didn't like the culture and didn't always feel safe.
