Admittedly, I haven't been following this case but near as I can tell, the "approach" was him trying to find something a friend lost.

Maybe there's some other video I haven't seen but nothing I'm seeing shows him being aggressive. What evidence is being provided that he was aggressive to anyone prior to them ganging up on him and harassing him?

I'm not even saying the dude didn't start it or that he isn't guilty of something. I haven’t looked at it enough to have a strong opinion about that.

I just don't like the idea of using "he could've walked away" as part of convicting him of anything.
