Three obvious points:

1) No boss or company fires or runs off a good performing salesperson without good reason. The main reason being they suck at their job

2) Good sales people are very hard to find. IF she was good, she would have no problem landing something immediately in her field, or in any other remotely similar field

3) She is doing a really bad job of selling herself here, which tells me all I need to know (And my company is looking for sales people in Louisiana).
