read that owners manual baw ..."Tie-Down Points: Six D-ring tie-down points give you multiple ways to secure the Hopper - YETI"

I'm guessing when riding in a side x side or ATV, you can use bungee cords or rubber straps the secure the hopper from spilling

google images doesn't even have pics utilizing the D-loops. Only thing remotely close I could find to secure the Hopper.
Likely an added accessory / feature that will never get used by 99.9% of the owners.

using bungee cords on the D-rings, you don't have to undo the bungees to get a beer. THATs the Yeti difference; you can't get that on a RTIC.
