I played EQOA about 9 hours a day on average back in the mid 2000s for 2 years, so that's my #1 easily with over 7000 hours.
#2 is easily Minecraft creative mode. Been building a medieval kingdom off and on since around 2010 and easily have 2000 hours into it.
I have at least 1000 hours or more across multiple saves and accounts on PS3/4 OG Dragon's Dogma.
Diablo 3 on console is probably next, as I keep picking it back up from time to time and have solo grinded out well over 2000 Paragon Levels. No idea on hours because I get lost in the grind, but a LOT.
After that is probably Skyrim with at least 1000 hours across multiple saves. Probably around the same amount of hours into ACNH.
Then you get into the Final Fantasy games (IV, VII, VIII, IX, X, X2, XV, XVI and 7Remake and except for IV I've put hundreds of hours into each of those. I'll almost certainly put a couple hundred hours into going platinum on 7Rebirth because I'm in chapter 12 on my first playthrough and already have 75 hours into it.
Then, couple hundred hours into titles like Witcher 3, Ark creative mode, Oblivion and GTA4.
Going way back to the early-mid 90s, I sunk a crap load of hours into Super R-Type and Act Raiser on Super Nintendo, and my dad had this PC game called StarQuake that I was absolutely addicted to for like a year.
I don't really get into a lot of games. When I find a game I really like though (usually open-ended games with lots of endgame content/farming and/or a creative mode) I typically get REALLY into it.
