I'm watching his testimony and seen the video presented by both sides. I see a guy going after kids and then not leaving when he could have.

Adults. (actually not sure their ages, but they look like adults with tattoos, etc.)
And they could've walked away too.
Honestly, the cameraman lying about him creeping on the girls should be charged with something. I don't think this happens without that.
