You can make it from the Bluffs clubhouse to downtown SFV in eight minutes? I would say closer to 15.

So you want it to be a casino course, which isn’t happening in the Feliciana hills….or a course owned with very deep pockets from a local industry.
The casino course loses its arse off, but is balanced by the casino. And the deep pockets is just losing its arse off with the deep pockets covering the loss each year.
