my kid is an average size 12u but we spend a ton of time in the cage. he's got 2 -5's he swings the shite out of in cage and a cat x composite -8, plus a wood bat he trains with.

like i said, better pitching he'll stick w -8 but he's not afraid to bring out the icon -5. Had a good shot this weekend w it. He's also in 7th grade and will be playing 8th grade highschool ball next year so i'm preparing him for the future of high school which is sooner for him due to him not being a typical held back boy.
