He can't explain. Neither can the other idiots that repeat that ridiculous mantra about Wade not being a good x/o coach.
This ain't middle school or lesbian basketball. The top coaches recruit TALENT. Then they put that talent in the best position to win. There are overall team concepts, but none of the you cut here you go there BS of yesteryear.
He also has a 226-100 career record. That just SCREAMS that he can't coach.
Some program is gonna hire him soon, and he'll be very successful. And we'll look ridiculous for not standing by him.
