If you leave at 2am you'll get there around 1pm local time. Whoever drove will be exhausted and the room probably won't be ready. Then what?

The driver finds a place to chillout, I've done pool side a few times, or power through and prepare for an early night will the adult aged passenger deals with the kids. Next day is a little rough, but plan the day accordingly with a park that you know won't be too demanding and caffeinate your way through. Have done the Disney drive 3 times and I am usually solid by the 2nd day.

This is DisneyWorld, buddy. You suck it up and hit EPCOT first. Start drinking by 2pm and have one of the hardest nights of sleep in your life that night. We don’t drive but we fly out super early so this is how we always do our first day, we leave for the airport around 2 in the morning. If the room is ready early enough we will take a nap before going into EPCOT but we still sleep like babies that night.
