I don’t remember if it’s Prime or Apple, but Come From Away sounds like it could be right up your alley
It’s a musical, but you don’t need to be a particular fan of musicals to enjoy it. Just need to love the resilience of the human spirit and you’ll be into it.
Highly recommend
Quick summary: A tiny town on the northeast coast of Canada has to take in thousands of passengers when dozens of flights are grounded there after 9/11. The size of the town essentially doubles, stretching resources to their limit. The plot follows the story of a select handful of passengers, crew, and townspeople as everyone tries to find a way to make it through the craziness while also working to process the tragedy.
Heavy topic obviously, but the story is very uplifting. It’s ultimately a coming together story

As brutal as Dear Zachary is, I find the end with the parents pretty uplifting. Not recommending it here, just saying.
King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters is sort of uplifting.
Magic and Bird: A Courtship of Rivals is great.
Free Solo was fairly uplifting, even if it’s intense as frick.
Won’t You Be My Neighbor (Mr. Rogers) is uplifting. But I love that dude. So I’m biased.
I find things like Planet Earth sort of uplifting, if a series is what you’re looking for. I love those.
I’m sure there are more if I sat down and really thought about it.
ETA: The Rescue is also great. I second that one for sure.
