Crazy Ray's crawfish

I have seen this place for weeks in Dutchtown. A little food truck in a gas station. Family was looking for crawfish tonight so I pulled up the crawfish app and this place popped up close to the house with all five-star reviews. We took a shot. Legit top five best crawfish I've ever purchased in my 50 years. I'm probably making a mistake by posting this here because I want them to stay right down the street from my house.

First of all, thank you for the amazing compliment. Just getting started and hopefully bigger things in the future. Just to clear up something, I am not leaving my location at the Dutchtown Tiger Mart. I didn’t know when I started but there is another Crazy Ray’s in Mandeville.

I swung by last weekend and got boiled shrimp. Definitely legit. Didn't have to skin them to get shells off. Just peeled right out.
I also saw where he has sold out the last 3 weekends so his crawfish must be legit.
