Go to bed at 9pm.

Fet rid of TV and phone in the bedroom

Get a window AC set on 65.

Get rid of refined sugar.

Start supplements especially vitamin B12 and D.

Get hormones checked. TSH, T4, Free T4, E2 and Vitamin D.

Ditch the simple carbs. Whatever you are eating cut in half at least.

Get to gym if nothing to at least walk. Start lifting even if it's the bar.

If you are too self conscious to start begin at home with air squats. Proper lunges (looks them up), planks, and push ups. A lot of them.

Core work and heavy weights will jack your testosterone assuming you don't have some underlying testicular failure or feedback from the Thyroid.
