Dalton Rules... Works for me in the classroom. I am known as being the chill teacher, yet I never have discipline issues in my classroom.

1. Expect the unexpected. Even when you don't know what is going on, you know what is going on. You are the GOD of your domain.
2. Take it outside (or into your office). You don't argue with a subordinate in front of other workers.
3. Be nice... until it is time to not be nice.
