I've never had it, but my Pops never had it until in his 40s. So, I don't take it for granted and still try to avoid it and wash as soon as I can.

He smeared grease on his hands and arm as an illustration then showed how easy it was to miss a spot when washing. Being real familiar with such it helped a bunch.
