I hear you brother.
If you have access to a well chlorinated swimming pool, go swimming. Otherwise, add one cup of bleach to a hot soapy bath and soak.
( stand up and shower well after to make certain you and the bath area are bleach free. Your towels and your marriage will thank you )
It works very well as a preventative when you've been exposed, and if you're showing the rash, you no doubt still have plenty of sap/allergen on your skin. That stuff is tenacious. Make sure you get your head/ face very well
If it has reached a point of blistering and oozing, pick up some domboros at the pharmacy. It's a powder you mix with saline or water and make a wet compress with a washcloth. It glazes over all of the wet stuff and dries everything up quickly.
