Jews themselves make no such distinction except for where convenient while communicating with non-Jews. For instance, they make no distinction when describing the successes of Jewish Nobel laureates, scientists or researchers. They will never say how many practicing vs non-practicing are affected by the nebulous affliction of antisemitism. They similarly make no such distinction when speaking of the holocaust.

They are, however, quick to make the distinction if you call them to account for their overwhelmingly disproportionate involvement in the transgender movement, pornography, espionage, progressive and anti-American voting, etc.
