Have any of these (well compensated, I assume) studies ever produced an outcome that wasn’t dire? I don’t understand how a serious person could take stock in a single one of these.
The reforming of Pangea and its negative affect on humans is actually a pretty solid certainty. How and when are the question. A lot of the climate alarmists hate this because human actions will have nothing to do with it.
If not this a solar storm will get us LINK. If not that Andromeda will eventually crash into the Milky Way LINK or the sun will supernova LINK wiping any record that any of us ever existed.
So have a drink. LINK

No, it is not even close to a certainty. Not even close to a certainty for mammals. In 250 million years, what will humans have evolved to? What about other mammals? Given history, seems like a new order of animals will most certainly arise.

I love how alarmed people get over something that will happen in 250 million years. It’s like they don’t realize how fricking long that is. We are closer to the dinosaur era of the past than that event in the future, and it will happen so slowly that if humans are alive then they’ll have adapted to it. It’s more likely a meteor or other mass extinction event happens way before Pangea reforms so humans likely won’t see it happen
