Cloudcroft.... Been there several times. the last time, coming up from the Southeast, the trusty gps took us up the mountain on a logging road that's was barely a single lane gravel. No ability to turn around. Met a car coming down the mountain, that had to back up about a mile to find a place to pass. At the top, there were several adventure travel groups getting set up on 4 wheelers to ride down the mountain logging road. They were very surprised to see a 35 foot class A, pulling a 2012 Colorado up the road.

GPS can mess with you, it had happened previously on Vancouver Island.
