While I mostly agree with what you posted, it's not as easy as you put it.
Sincere question, do you have kids? If so, are they still in school?
I ask that because (to me) your sleep and food comments are asinine. 8hrs sleep at night is a pipedream. I MAY get that on a Sarurday or Sunday night, but avg is 6.5 hrs. As for food, breakfast and lunch I eat on my own. So for those meals (and basically anything pre-dinner), I can dictate how healthy it is for myself. Dinner with kids is another story. Unless I'm going to start cooking 2 meals a night, I make dinner as healthy as I can get it with them still willing to eat it.
I let myself turn into one of your 'fatties'. I've worked my arse off the last 2+ years to reverse that. Dropped 60# with diet, excercise, and lifestyle changes. I lift 4-6 days/wk, cardio 2-3 days/wk, and average 12k steps a day. Cut out fast-food/eating out as much as possible, don't recall the last time I had alcohol, and deleted unnecessary, time consuming games/apps from my phone.
I still have probably 40# left to lose and plateaued for 5-6 months. I choose to start this med last week to jump start my weight-loss again. I did this after talking with my MD, researching it myself, and conversing with other people who've been using it. I set out trying to do this 100% without any aids. There were several ups and downs. With a 5 month plateau, I decided to accept the help the meds would give.
Not everyone is using this as a luxury to just eat whatever the hell they want. I'm sure I'm in the minority of users by actually trying to better myself and putting in the work.
It's frustrating having people like you talk down to people who are trying to better themselves. All you seem to be doing is lumping everyone together and applying generalized statements to them.

All I’m gonna say is your moralistic view you like to cast over everything is tiresome. I promise you are not perfect but you like to act like you are and anyone that does it a different way is wrong and immoral
Overall since glp-1s have become popular, you have become a complete and insufferable douche bag anytime they are brought up and derail every fricking thread that mentions them with your elementary understanding of things.
If you don’t want to use them, cool, but you don’t have to derail every thread of people just looking for fricking help
