Ambien is a shite drug that should be banned. And the manufacturers be sued into non existent.
If you take Ambien get off of it asap. You are a ticking time bomb and you don’t even know it or will even remember it.

Correct these drugs aren't meant for long term use. I think the longest your supposed to take ambien is a couple weeks
