I don’t take it often. I’ve found that for me, keeping one in my pocket is a huge safety blanket .

I try to push through if I have an anxiety attack however sometimes it’s not enough and I will take 1/2 a 1mg tablet.

It’s really helped me out .

You’re not supposed to drink on it but of course I’ve done it .

and if you do, it’s likely blackout city so be careful there
