She, as an American Citizen was "trespassing" on federal property, specifically the "People's House" (which is owned by ALL of the American Citizens) and is being charged/punished.
The illegal criminal invaders (aka NOT American Citizens) at the southern border were guilty of trespassing on federal land, assaulting employees of the federal government and invading our country. They were apprehended and then RELEASED....
