All you have to do is look at 2016. This same shite happened under Obama and after Trump was elected when gas prices came down the price of everything came down. Energy prices have a lot more to do with it than inflation. The more it costs to make and ship the product the consumer will pay the difference.

Trump will have meetings with the top grocery chains with in two weeks of his winning. And prices will go down.

True, and it's not complicated. Energy is the single biggest factor in our economy.
