I’m seeking property insurance on a NOLA property.
It’s down to Topa and Lloyds.
Anyone know anything about Topa? I think it also writes as Dorchester. It’s B++ on AM Best.
The Topa quote is significantly below Lloyd’s.

TOPA's financial strength keeps trending down , not a good outlook in the event of a claim.
Also, their B++ rating may put you in breach of contract with your mortgage, if you have a mortgage.
