Problem is, he's in charge of the rotations, and has massively failed at that despite very obvious eye test and data to show him the way.

One is a clearcut better choice, and also, the decision doesn't have to be just between the 2 of them.

The personnel is fine. The problem is he has no vision to adapt his process to our roster, and he's trying force his process on to a team that doesn't have the roster to successfully install his process. He's not adaptive, that's a very bad sign for a coach.
