Wonder if the offshore books will follow this rule
Other states have similar laws that only apply to schools in their state. I understand the intent but what is preventing someone in Louisiana from betting on a player in Michigan's passing yards accomplishing?

I think that's a "futures" bet and not a "prop" bet so that should stay.
