Anybody trying to improve their metabolic health should wear a CGM for a month or two. I was very surprised at what foods did what, and it's not remotely the same for everybody.


There is a guy on IG (eddie abbew) who wears a monitor. Also does IF and his main talking point is zero sugar and to stop eating most processed foods. His diet is eggs, meat and some vegetables. He is a former bodybuilder (maybe Mr. Olympia??) and is older now and tries to get people to stop eating "shite". I think saying shite is his favorite word...
