Possibly a lot, but I don't really know. But endemic bird species are dying off at a terrible rate in Hawaii. Mostly from disease. "Peacocks" are not rare at all. Peacock is the term for a male Peafowl, and I've seen a bunch of Indian Peafowl and Green Peafowl in the wild in India and Thailand. They are not rare at all. Red Jungle Fowl (chickens) too. Ring-necked Pheasant too. Outside of Asia - blast away IMO.
