The State of Georgia was sued by three separate Democratic groups, one of which was led by Stacy Abrams. They were orchestrated by Clinton-acolyte and democrat attorney Marc Elias.
Months before the election , a settlement resulted in SoS Rafffensberger quietly authorizing a few word changes in the language pertaining to Mail-in Ballots and their eligibility. Note the distinction between Mail-in ballots and Absentee Ballots in this instance.
The language change …. resulted in a loophole. As long as the signature on the mail-in ballot REQUEST SUBMISSION matched the signature on the eventual Mail-in Ballot, no further validation was required.
Absentee Ballots were managed different … in that election workers were matching signatures against state voter role signatures , not Mail-in Request form signatures.
That means a single individual could theoretically take advantage with Mail-ins :
1) sign twenty different names to twenty different Mail-in Ballot Request forms,
2) receive 20 different Ballots under the names used (unpurged voters in Fulton?)
3) which would each match the Ballot Request signatures …because it’s all the same author …. just voting multiple times.
I suspect this what may have enabled the 2000Mules grift
It didn’t mean they weren’t on the voter roles, it just meant no signature match was required for them.
Only one of the ways it went down in Georgia ….
It should be noted that Kemp was fully aware of the settlement that Raffensberger reached with the 3 parties that sued the State …… many months before the election.

I am very impressed with your insight and it sounds pretty detailed. Are you working in that sphere?

Reminder for non-Georgians: Governor Brian Kemp was the Secretary of State who laid the groundwork for the installation of the Dominion Voting Systems machines.
Additionally, he was SecState during the 2016 general election when DHS-based computer systems attempted to probe and penetrate the GA election systems servers after the polls closed. The race would've been called for Trump much earlier, were it not for those incursions.
They never thought she would lose.
