Louisiana has consistently rated last or next to last in education for decades, yet people in Louisiana hate everything progressive and are the most close minded people in the world.
Seems like they’d be more open to change, but nope…they’re dumb and wish to stay that way while the rest of the country laughs at them.

You should brush up on history. Louisiana was one of the most economic populist states until the 2000's.
There was a "progressive" in the governor's mansion the last 8 years and the state's economy and quality of life declined the most in that time span. We spend the most per pupil in our poorer districts than any other education system in the world.
You people should really just stop coping if you want your home state to improve.
