I think the dindu nuffin mother is saying the school campus is a safe zone for the 17-yr old and that Sarah drove around the parking lot several times trying to stalk, so that's where it rose to the level of criminal. Idk, I'm not fully up to speed with eternal victimhood, that's just my guess.
