I’m vaguely annoyed by the general condescension/shade thrown Iowa’s way, and I have no horse in the race.
They’re so off brand they’re actually cool in my book. I respect their hardworking, agricultural backbone.
Sure, they’re not amazing in the bigger sports. But they’re pretty damn solid and worthy of a modicum of respect.
