I figured out the other 5% because I was desperate as frick. I couldn't get Tecmo Super Bowl to work no matter what I tried (blowing in the cartridge and console, 95% in, etc). I got it to work by inserting the cartridge 95% in, pushing all the way down and then lodging another game on top inside the machine where it wouldn't pop back up........shite was 100% money.
