re: #7 green at City Park in BR

I left a survey submission for BREC golf because it's more frustrating the more I think about it. We'll see if they respond.

City Park has so much potential, but the condition and attention to detail almost always disappoints. Why can't we make City Park more like Baton Rouge's version of Audubon Park? I think I speak for most golfers in the area that we'd happily pay 2x or 3x more at the counter and visit far more often if conditions, landscaping, and facilities were improved.
