I've never worked a job that I would have done for free. But with one short exception I've always been happy at work. I'm happy when I cut my grass. That doesn't mean I'd do it for fun. But I would never tolerate a job that made me unhappy.

A long time ago I co-founded a company. Ever since then it's been different because aside from the salary, I knew I was building something, and I had a passion for that.
