How? They broke into my home with me being there. Self defense shooting if they don't leave. This is exactly how I'd handle it. They don't have a leg to stand on.

It's illegal to point a gun at someone and threaten to shoot them and make them do something. Could be considered aggravated kidnapping if not agg assault with a firearm.
